Botti Di Mamma

We’d had so many recommendations about this restaurant and I was always thinking, yeah we’ll go when we get a babysitter.

But then one Friday evening our dinner plans fell through and we were walking past so I popped in to ask if there was any chance they could fit us in. The answer was positive, she said ‘babies are more than welcome’ which was a relief because by then i’d smelt the food and didn’t want to leave again.

There’s no changing but she pointed me over the road to Broadway (i’m sure they don’t mind?!) and they only have one highchair but we had our pocket snack so we were good to go.

It’s all small plates which I think it the perfect type of food to share with the baby – it’s all about variety when you’re weaning! We ordered some bread and tomatoes and another few bits that would be o.k for Arthur but then he miraculously fell asleep and stayed that way the whole time.

Basically it’s incredible, go whether you’ve got the kids or not!

Baby changing: No

Room for pushchair: It’s quite a tight restaurant but they found us a table in the back room with some space next to the table.
