In 2018 I had a very positive birth experience thanks to hypnobirthing and an excellent midwife.
Everyone else I spoke to didn't seem so lucky and I couldn't find anyone else who was positive about their birth at all. So I decided I'd like to help families have the best start in life, through birth, the postnatal period and onwards into childhood.

In 2020 I had my second son. With a two year old that was waking numerous times and a newborn I found myself googling sleep all the time. I'd previously dismissed 'sleep training' as being cruel and not meeting your child's needs so I trained in a gentle, responsive way of helping infants and toddlers and their families by understanding the science of sleep, routines and age appropriate needs.
